The Role:

Our client is looking for a Junior - Intermediate level Estimator who will be responsible for in-house project budgeting, including preparing quantity surveys and understanding current unit cost. The Estimator will also obtain subcontractor bid pricing, including ensuring compliance with scope of work, and offer construction feasibility and value engineering while maintaining relationships with sub contractors.

The Project:

You could be tasked with working across multiple different sectors for projects spanning nationally. Such as healthcare, life sciences and higher education.
