Our client are looking for a Project Manager with multifamily experience.

The Company: 

Our Client are a Commercial General Contractor with a reputation for excellence. They have been established for over 25 years and have completed projects across multiple states, from Tennessee to Alabama and South Carolina to Florida.

The Projects: 

Their specialty is in interior build-outs, with 70% of their work coming from repeat-clients. The majority of their projects being high-end commercial fit outs. They also complete Healthcare, Mission Critical, Multi-family and small to mid-sized Ground-up Construction projects.

The Role: 

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience with Multifamily projects. Our client have an upcoming 18-month project to be managed from the office in Marietta, GA. This role will require monthly out-of-state travel to ensure the project is operating smoothly. This position is urgent and they will begin interviewing candidates immedietly.
