The Projects:

During their tenure, the team has completed millions of square feet of renovations and numerous civil, government, ground-up and building envelope projects. Spanning an eclectic portfolio such as Georgia Department of Public Safety and Transportation alongside the City of Atlanta and Atlanta Metropolitan State College, our client has built integral public buildings in Atlanta.

The Role:

We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager with around six to twelve years of experience to join the esteemed team. Ideally experience with government and K-12 and a portfolio of project sizes ranging from $5M - $20M is preferred, however not necessary. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects for public government contracts. From project planning and budget management to onsite coordination and quality control, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Science in Construction related field

· Five to 10 years of Construction experience

· Preferred experience in government task order or job order contracts

· Attention to detail and committed to following up

· Self-motivated
