The Role:

As a key player in the early project phases, you will lead the preconstruction team in developing accurate and detailed project estimates, collaborate with clients, understanding their vision and providing valuable insights, manage and mentor a team of estimators and preconstruction professionals, optimize project costs without compromising quality and standards, stay informed about market trends, construction methods, and material costs, and conduct thorough risk assessments and value engineering to enhance project feasibility.
