Our client is an Internal Trade subcontractor that have been in the industry for over a decade and are based in Atlanta Metro. They are recognized in the industry for their superior quality and have made a name for themselves as a leader in the market for their services.

The Projects:

They complete interior/exterior painting works as well as acoustical panelling, floor coatings and more - working on projects throughout a range of sectors; Commercial Interiors, Aviation, Industrial, Higher Education, Healthcare & Mission Critical. 

Clients include ARCO Murray, Turner Construction, Winter Construction and a number of other top contractors, both state and nation wide. 

The Role:

We are looking for somebody with at least 5 years experience in Preconstruction. You should be comfortable developing estimates, reading blueprints leading teams and speaking with clients.
