The Role:

With a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead their Preconstruction & Estimating Division. As the Lead Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects by providing accurate and comprehensive estimates for upcoming construction endeavors. Drawing upon your expertise in commercial construction, you will lead the preconstruction efforts and collaborate closely with the project team to ensure the successful execution of each project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial construction estimating, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
