Our client, a leading player in the construction industry, is seeking a seasoned Concrete Estimator to join their dynamic team. Originally formed in 2002, Our client has grown to over $100M in annual revenue, working in 7 states throughout the South. They employ a wide bandwidth of superintendents, concrete craftsmen, project managers, pre-construction managers and office staff.

The Projects:

Our client specializes in delivering a diverse range of structural and architectural concrete solutions with a strong commitment to top-quality workmanship. With a track record of accelerating construction schedules. They have successfully completed projects across the Southeast, ranging from $25,000 to $16,000,000. Their work includes turnkey material and labour for complete installation of foundations, slabs, walls, concrete frames, sidewalks, and paving.

The Role:

As a key member of the estimating department, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate bid proposals and scope analysis for potential construction projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company. Our client is looking for individuals who have at least 5 years’ experience estimating large commercial concrete projects. Knowledge and field expertise associated with cast in place concrete construction, concrete footings and foundations is essential.
