The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of commercial construction projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of project management from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to create and execute comprehensive project plans. This position offers the opportunity to lead various projects in Atlanta and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction, managing all trades for the General Contractor. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, regulations, and best practices is required. Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project, is essential. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites, as needed, are also required.
