The Role:
The client is currently seeking an experienced estimator to join their esteemed team in Marietta, GA. As an estimator, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role within the projects, tasked with creating meticulous cost estimates, scrutinizing project risks and opportunities, and fostering close collaboration with project managers and team members. This position presents the opportunity to work on stimulating commercial projects and engage in on-site visits across various locations within the Atlanta area.
Periodic travel to project sites situated in and around the Atlanta area will be required to facilitate hands-on involvement and oversight.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years’ experience as a commercial estimator within the construction industry, coupled with robust analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills are imperative, alongside proficiency in construction estimating software. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
