Client: Our client (Electrcal Contractor) is looking to hire an experienced Chief Estimator. The role involves managing a team of estimators, overseeing bid proposals, and ensuring accurate project cost assessments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical estimating and team leadership.

Responsibilities: Lead the estimating team to deliver competitive and precise project bids.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align on project goals.
Review vendor quotes and market trends for optimal pricing strategies.

Qualifications: 7+ years in electrical estimating, with 3+ in a leadership role.
Expertise in electrical systems and estimating software.
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Salary: $95k-$125
