Our client, is a Florida-based real estate development company searching for a Superintendent to join their team. They are known for enhancing communities with timeless designs and high-end mixed use, commercial and residential spaces, with a portfolio of over $3B.

The Projects:

Project portfolio includes luxury custom homes, single family and multifamily homes, condominiums, condo conversions, commercial-retail, mixed use, industrial and more.

They are currently running a project of three individual luxury homes at 7000 sq ft each and need a skilled superintendent to join the team.

The Role:

The suitable candidate will be experienced in dealing with Florida building codes and building departments. They will have experience in SEO (systems, equipment similar to their outfit) and foundation's is necessary, along with the ability to bring in qualified foremen and skilled crew members. A strong passion towards safety, and the willing to introduce policies and procedures is also necessary.
