Our client is a boutique homebuilder in Southwest Florida specializing in new homes, remodels, and additions. This family-owned business has been thriving for over 40 years and has seen steady growth under the leadership of the owner's son, who took over four years ago. With a robust project pipeline for the upcoming year, they are seeking an experienced field superintendent to join their expanding team.

The Projects:

The company handles a diverse range of projects, from $500K remodels to luxurious new homes valued at up to $6M. While 90% of their work has historically been on Marco Island, they are actively pursuing growth in Naples, where the market for high-end homes offers significant opportunities. They have already secured a few million-dollar remodel projects in Naples for 2025. 

The Role:

To support their continued growth, the company is hiring a superintendent with at least five years of experience in residential remodeling. Experience in new home construction is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reading and executing plans, building and managing project schedules, coordinating trades, and fostering a collaborative, team-driven environment. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills are a must.
