The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up restaurant construction to join this successful team. This role requires hands-on experience in overseeing complex, high-end projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring quality, managing on-site activities, and maintaining schedules and budgets, ensuring all work aligns with the client’s standards and timelines.
