The Projects:
Our client manages a diverse portfolio, including multifamily apartments, mixed-use developments, airports, schools, hotels, and more. They are currently preparing for four mid-to-high-rise multifamily projects valued between $80M and $250M.

The Role:
To support their continued growth, our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead these upcoming projects. The role is based in the Coral Gables office, with regular site visits across Miami. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
