Specializing in mid-sized commercial projects, they’ve built a solid reputation across Southeast Florida for delivering quality work and fostering long-term client relationships.

The Projects:
The company’s diverse portfolio spans ground-up and renovation projects including office spaces, educational facilities, retail spaces, restaurants, and multifamily developments. Current work includes a 10,000 sq. ft. ground-up commercial building, a high-end condo renovation, and a luxury clubhouse redevelopment.

The Position:
Due to a strong pipeline for the remainder of 2025, our client is looking to add leadership capacity and is open to hiring a Project Manager, a Project Executive, or potentially both—depending on the quality and fit of applicants. Ideal candidates will have experience in ground-up commercial construction and a proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.
