The Role:

Acting as a key leader during the design and construction process, the role is aimed to oversee all phases of the budget, estimating, pre-construction, preliminary design development, documentation, scheduling, budget control and quality assurance. They will also play an active role in contract negotiations with GCs and vendors while consistently meeting the project’s requirements to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
