The Projects

Our client excels in creating luxurious high-end estates and stunning condo renovations, delivering projects that feature exceptional design, the finest finishes, and custom furnishings. They currently require a Project Designer with high-end interior design experience to oversee upcoming projects around Southeast Florida.

The Role

Due to rapid continued growth, our client is seeking a Project Designer oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring material and design selections align with project vision and standards. Responsibilities include developing design documentation, assisting the design director, and maintaining design integrity and quality. This role involves leading and mentoring the design team, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and preparing client presentations.

Key tasks include selecting materials, reviewing design documents, visiting construction sites, conducting team meetings, monitoring project milestones, ensuring collaboration between design and construction teams, and managing installations. Requires skills in AutoCAD drafting, project management and SketchUP 3D visualization.
