Our Client are a Commercial General Contractor based in Downtown Tampa, FL. They have been established for over 25 years and have completed projects across multiple states, from Tennessee to Alabama and South Carolina to Florida, with a reputation for excellence.

They lend their success to their consistency in providing constant training to make sure that  all of their employees are capable of developing and reaching their full potential, and to the relationships they have built with clients and subcontractors, with most of their business being with repeat clients.

The Projects:

They are a specialist interior build out contractor with the majority of their projects being high-end commercial fit outs. They also complete Healthcare, Mission Critical and small to mid-sized Ground-up Construction projects. 

The Role:

With an upcoming Healthcare project, they are looking to add a Superintendent to their team who has experience managing Healthcare projects from the field.
