The Project:

Our client boasts an impressive portfolio with over 1,400 completed projects. This includes 3 million sq. ft. of tilt-up construction and 7 million sq. ft. of interior buildouts. They have successfully delivered a diverse range of projects, from large-scale warehouses to luxury showrooms and sophisticated interior buildouts, serving a broad spectrum of clients. Their track record highlights their versatility and ability to handle complex, large-scale projects with precision and expertise.

The Role:

As part of their strategic growth, our client is expanding their preconstruction team and is in search of a talented Estimator. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, preferably in industrial and commercial projects, and hold a degree in construction management or a related field. The Estimator will play a crucial role in project planning and execution, providing accurate cost estimates, evaluating project risks, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
