The Role:

Our client is seeking an Estimator / Precon Manager with Business Development years’ experience to join the team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of their expansion into the multi-family sector while supporting their industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in a similar role.

You will deliver precise and detailed project estimates that win contracts, while also forging strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the budgets they require. Your efforts in business development will identify and seize new opportunities, expanding the company portfolio and market presence.
