Our client was established over 30 years ago and have grown to become one of Florida’s premier shell contractors focusing primarily on multifamily apartment complexes, condominiums, hotels, student housing and retirement communities. They are experts in conventional shell, tunnel form, framing and drywall projects.

The Projects:

Our client has successfully completed projects representing approximately 100,000 apartment and residential units throughout the southern states and the majority of their completed projects every year are executed on behalf of repeat customers. They have subcontracted not some of the industry leading GCs including Balfour Beatty, Coastal and Kast, on projects valued between $3M - $60M.

The Role:

Our client is seeking an Estimator to join their drywall division in Pompano Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in drywall projects and will play a pivotal role in the company's long-term growth trajectory.
