Our client is a Sarasota-based Commercial General Contractor. Founded in the 1980s, they have become highly regarded in the local market and turnover between $150M-$200M yearly and are continuously growing.

The Projects:

They complete projects in the private and public sector – in Sarasota and surrounding counties. Their portfolio includes Healthcare, Education, Corporate interiors, Government work, Multifamily and more.

The Role:

Due to extensive pipeline, they are looking to grow their project management team, from recent graduates to experienced Project Managers. We are looking for TWO Assistant Project Managers and a Project Manager with around 10 years’ experience.

You’d ideally have a 4-year Construction-related degree and some experience in Ground-up Commercial Project Management in the local area.
